Overview
The DMOKA® 2026 programme
DMOKA® training is structured as a progressive programme of 3 compulsory modules of 3 days each, totalling 9 training days (72 hours). An optional 4th advanced module is offered to participants who have completed the full programme.
Each module alternates between theoretical input, trainer demonstrations, practice in pairs and triads/trios, and group supervision. The goal is to enable participants to progressively integrate the method into their clinical practice.

Teaching approach
Learning by doing
DMOKA® training is founded on a core principle: you cannot offer a therapeutic process to a patient unless you have first experienced it yourself. This is why every participant experiences the method in both roles — therapist and patient — throughout the programme.
Demonstrations
The trainer demonstrates the complete process under real conditions, with a volunteer participant, before each new learning phase.
Pairs & triads
Small-group practice with role rotation (therapist, patient, observer), followed by supervised group debriefing.
Clinical supervision
Individual and group supervision integrated into each module. Participants' clinical cases are analysed as a group.
RETEX & intervision
Structured experience feedback and peer intervision sessions to consolidate practice and develop clinical reflexivity.
Who is it for
Who is the training aimed at?
DMOKA® training is aimed at mental health professionals and helping practitioners working in a clinical, therapeutic or support context.
Mental health
Psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, psychotherapists, neuropsychologists, psychoanalysts wishing to integrate a body-based and sensory approach.
Medical & paramedical professions
Doctors, psychiatric nurses, advanced practice nurses, midwives practising in perinatal trauma contexts.
Helping professions & support
Integrative counsellors, art therapists, clinical sophrologists, osteopaths in therapeutic contexts, specialist educators in institutional settings.
Other profiles
Any professional whose practice includes supporting people in psychological distress, subject to validation during the preliminary interview.
The preliminary interview: a conversation, not a filter
Enrolment is preceded by an audio or video interview with Thierry Dudreuilh, the trainer. This exchange is not a selection test: it allows understanding of your background, your expectations, and joint verification that the training matches your professional project. It is also an opportunity to ask all your questions about content, pace and commitment.
Certification
Certificate & supervised practice
At the end of the 3 modules, each participant receives a DMOKA® training certificate. This certificate is not a state-issued diploma, but certifies completion of the full programme and validation of competencies by the trainer.
Autonomous practice is then supported by an ongoing supervision framework, ensuring quality and safety. Trained practitioners are invited to participate regularly in intervision and RETEX sessions (4 to 5 sessions of 2 to 3h, i.e. 12 to 15 additional hours per year) — included until certification.
